Our Services
Secure. Reliable. Seamless — Commercial Door & Entry Solutions
We design, build, install and maintain door hardware and access systems for commercial, institutional, industrial and hospitality environments. Turnkey solutions from shop to site.
Door Hardware Fabrication
Precision machining of aluminum doors and application of hardware. Clear and complete documentation of doors and hardware. Installation, adjustment, and testing of all hardware that can be installed prior to the field.
Our goal is to simplify door installation to the highest degree possible and save labor at the same time. All that’s required is for you to glaze and hang the door. In order to accomplish this we use this proven process.
- Review your hardware spec and door schedule
- Create a hardware schedule, hardware quote, and fabrication proposal.
- Review manufacturer’s order acknowledgements
- Send approval documents for review and signature
- Receive doors, frames, and hardware
- Confirm no updates or changes are required and begin full production
- Package doors for pick up or shipping.
Every project has challenges, but our objective is to reduce them to speed bumps and not hurdles. Flexibility to adapt our order and process to suit the needs of your project is one of our greatest strengths.
Access Control and CCTV
Technology is constantly evolving in the methods to interact with access control systems, but the core purpose has remained the same: control who has access to what and when. The foundation, and most complicated part, of a well planned access control system is the door hardware. Unlike most access control installation companies, we come from the door hardware side. The improper application of door hardware can make even the most advanced systems available feel unusable. We design our systems to be the best value with the highest reliability and the lowest maintenance for the longest possible time.
Every project is considered custom, but they all follow the same process.

Engineering and Wiring Diagrams
Updates to building code, advancements in building automation, and improvements in hardware over the past decade have increased the need for electronic door hardware. There has also been an increase in requirements for custom wiring diagrams to be included in hardware specifications. While the requirements are relatively new, the need for custom wiring diagrams has existed for quite some time. We have been creating custom point to point and riser diagrams for electronic door hardware for over 20 years. As an independent hardware installer and supplier we have the luxury of not being limited by brand. We can incorporate all types and brands of hardware into our drawings. Our lengthy experience has allowed us to create one of the most complete and complex hardware databases to pull from to create diagrams. There is almost nothing we haven’t illustrated. There are countless ways to wire up electronic door hardware. We strictly adhere to a process that keeps the hardware and connections as simple as possible. The fewer items to make connections to, the fewer points of failure.
Creating a custom wiring diagram requires a hardware schedule and function statement describing how the doors should operate. We take those documents and put together a proposal for diagrams. Some diagrams are more complex and take more time. Others are simple and can be completed quickly. The complexity of the hardware and function determine the cost per diagram. All our diagrams are fully custom and drawn from scratch for each project.
Hardware Installation and Repair
Doors and door hardware are some of the most used parts of a building and as mechanical devices require occasional maintenance or sometimes fail completely. We consider the main entrance of a building to be the “handshake” of the building as it makes one of the first impressions. When that impression is a poor one, or prevents access or exit, it can reflect negatively for your business. Our focus is for that first impression to be positive, or at the worst case, occur so seamlessly that it doesn’t register at all. The idea being to think about the last door you went through. If you can’t remember, then the door did its job well.
There are countless problems that can happen and even more solutions. Our goal is to return the door to its proper function for the best value. The value can range from low cost to highly aesthetic custom solutions. Our experts thrive on resolving those conflicts in creative ways that increase both function and reliability for the long term.
Automatic Operators
Traditional or touchless automatic openers for swinging, sliding, or folding doors.
While not required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), auto operators are a convenient way to provide access to doors. There are many factors to consider when selecting the proper auto operator: frequency of use, size of the door, traditional activation versus touchless, and aesthetics. Our experts are AAADM (American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers) certified and have decades of experience to ensure safe and reliable operation with little to no maintenance.
