Village Park Milton and Phase II Expansion
Luxury Senior Living in Alpharetta, Georgia
Designed, supplied, and installed access control system on original building. For Phase II we fabricated aluminum doors, supplied and installed 14 automatic operators, coordinated auto operators with 78 door access control system, supplied and programmed access control system, installed vehicle readers for parking deck gates, and supplied installed and commissioned 207 wireless apartment locks. Created wiring diagrams for the company installing the cable for the new phase.

Delivered and installed 350+ automatic door operators for a major hospital during COVID, using a custom approach to reduce labor and speed installation. The project included the largest single LCN purchase order ever and complex system integration across access control, fire alarm, and robotics.
